What motivates YOU?

Many people struggle with gaining traction when trying to each a goal - reaching a standstill. Even more people struggle with getting started.

I'm sure you ask yourself "How do I continue to chase after that dangling carrot?".

Chasing that carrot can feel monotonous. So, let's go back to the basics. What is your reason for meeting this certain goal? Whether it be to lose weight, get promoted, control your anger, etc.
Instead, ask yourself these questions:
  • Who you are doing it for?
  • Who do you want to be?
  • What are your strengths and weaknesses?
  • How can you build in support for yourself?
  • What are you willing to give up to meet this goal?
  • AND most important -  If you don't make time for what matters to you, how can others value your importance?
Some of these questions might seem hard, or too deep - and that's ok. But the point is to get your feet running in the right direction.

Feel free to share your motivation stories below - and sign up for a introductory session to work on the answers to these questions.

Warmly,
~Coach Melissa
