Add Harmony to the Holidays

It's the holidays and you are feeling overwhelmed. What all have you accomplished? How many gifts have you purchased? What are your plans for the upcoming New Year? And will you be making a Near Year Resolution?
Some, all, or none of these thoughts may be running through your head. But either way, the holiday time can be stressful for some. The most important thing is to take care of yourself first! Why? Think of it this way... imagine being on an airplane. The flight attendant is giving the instruction on how to use the oxygen mask. They inform you that you need to put the mask on first before helping any children, etc. The reason behind this is because you wouldn't be able to help the child or anyone else around you if you were passed out on the floor. Get it now?

Still think you're fine? Try reading this: The "6 Signs You're Too Stressed About the Holidays" from Huffington Post.

Need to hammer out a plan to make it through this month? I am only a phone call away. We can make a plan together to add some harmony to the month of December!

Happy Holidays!
